In the case that students do not achieve the required score in the placement test, they have to attend special English language courses. - The Business College of Athens administration reserves the right to impose penalties on students or decide on the termination of their studies due to discipline issues as these are specified by the discipline regulations of the college. - Students who have successfully completed their studies at the Business College of Athens are awarded the master’s degree by the collaborative University, which is recognized as a higher education institution by the European Union according to the directive 36/2005. - The academic regulations which govern all courses at the Business College of Athens are determined by the collaborative University and presented in detail in the student handbook. - The student agrees to abide by the Business College of Athens rules and regulations as these are described in detail in the student handbook. - The Business College of Athens is not held liable for any decision made by the collaborative University with respect to the discontinuation of a student’s studies due to academic or disciplinary reasons. - The Business College of Athens administration reserves the right to make alterations to its courses and faculty, to change the collaborative University or to discontinue a class or course if the number of registered students does not suffice to justify their operation. Also, the college reserves the right to transfer students to another campus or to change their preferred mode and time zone of attendance. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS Tuition fees for the academic year 2021-22 can be paid in any of the following ways: - Payment in cash €9.500 at registration. - Payment arranged with BCA €10.600 paid at BCA. 2 installments of 5.300. The cost of repeating a 20 credits module amounts to €1.300, and the cost of repeating the dissertation/ project amounts to €1.500 and is accompanied by the full registration fee to the collaborative University. If a student wishes to discontinue his studies once the academic year has started, he must state so in writing and submit the relevant petition to the college. An amount of €1.000 for expenses regarding the Business College of Athens registration particulars as well as the registration fee at the collaborative University (West London University) are not returned to the student. Moreover, if the student wishes to interrupt his/her studies during the academic year, he/she must pay the amount of tuition fees which correspond to the period he/she has studied at the Business College of Athens up to the date the petition has been filed. Please note that the registration fee at the collaborative University (West London) is not returned. Registration for the next academic year takes place between May and June every year. With the present I provide freely and with full awareness of the explicit consent and acceptance, that all kinds of personal data declared by myself or my guardians can be edited by the person in charge of the Business College of Athens. I have been informed that all relative records will be kept by the organization exclusively for communicative, trading economic and statistical purposes as also for the improvement of educational services and that the persons to receive these data will be either my guardians or any other individuals related to the Business College as employees. Furthermore, in order to accomplish the above mentioned purposes, the related data can be additionally transmitted to Banks, Police, Courts, Prosecutors that can be designated by the law.
